Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to support the General Manager in daily Front of House operations at our Carle Place location. You will supervise hourly staff, ensure a welcoming, clean guest environment and drive guest satisfaction while supporting profitability.

The role emphasizes coaching team members, maintaining sanitation standards and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

A Dining Room Supervisor plays a key leadership role in supporting the General Manager with the daily operations of the Front of House.

This position is responsible for supervising hourly team members, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, delivering exceptional guest service, and helping to drive restaurant profitability. Responsibilities include overseeing floor operations, maintaining sanitation standards, and completing administrative tasks in alignment with company policies. The Dining Room Supervisor leads by example - coaching and developing team members, providing clear direction, and consistently reinforcing Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza's standards, values, and guest-first culture.

What it Takes to be a Part of the Team...
  • Oversee daily Front of House operations to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and support team members during shifts, including scheduling, guest interaction, and shift planning
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and manage costs effectively
  • Open and close the restaurant in accordance with company procedures
  • Handle financial tasks such as cash handling and inventory management
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Qualifications
  • Have a proven drive for quality guest service in the Restaurant Industry.
  • Problem solve and handle high stress situations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have motivation with strong interpersonal, organizational, time management skills.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have strong leadership and assessment skills.
  • Be willing to work nights, weekends and Holidays.
  • Have or obtain ServSafe Manager's Certificate.

Prior experience as a general manager, manager, assistant manager, supervisor, shift lead positions are desirable.
