Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to support the General Manager in daily Front of House operations at our Carle Place location. You will supervise hourly staff, ensure a welcoming, clean guest environment and drive guest satisfaction while supporting profitability.

The role emphasizes coaching team members, maintaining sanitation standards and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven drive for quality guest service in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to solve problems and handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Leadership and assessment capabilities.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe Manager's Certificate or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities
