Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Wantagh, NY is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to assist the General Manager with daily Front of House operations, guest service, and profitability. You will supervise hourly team members, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming, sanitary dining environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, cash handling, and adherence to company standards. Nights, weekends and holidays are required; ServSafe Manager certification is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Identify opportunities to increase sales and manage costs effectively.
• Open and close the restaurant in accordance with company procedures.
• Handle financial tasks such as cash handling and inventory management.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
