Job summary

Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza in New York is seeking a BOH Supervisor to lead kitchen operations, supervise staff, ensure recipes and food safety standards, and maintain cleanliness and organization during high-volume service.

You will help manage labor, control waste, and train and motivate your team to uphold Anthony's standards for taste, quality, and presentation, while supporting management to deliver a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading kitchen staff and managing back-of-house operations.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and sanitation requirements.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the back-of-house team during high-volume shifts.
• Oversee food execution quality, consistency, and cost control.
