Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Key position to support front-of-house teams and management under direct supervision. You will uphold restaurant standards and foster positive guest experiences while ensuring effective internal communication.

You will lead pre-opening quality checks, review staffing, coach staff in customer service, and participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, and quality control to deliver an AUSS-SOME experience.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Restaurant industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards per Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Lead pre-opening quality checks and service readiness.
• Review staffing and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Coach front-of-house staff in customer service.
• Perform quality table checks and handle guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, and quality control.
