Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a front-of-house leader who can uphold Bloomin' Brands standards, coach staff, and coordinate pre-shift meetings to ensure service excellence. You will oversee quality checks and guest interactions, while supporting management on events, training, and operations.

This role requires a “whatever it takes” attitude and leadership experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k; compensation varies by location.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
