Job summary

Outback Steakhouse in Memphis seeks a dedicated front-of-house leader to support management, uphold standards, and deliver an AUSS-SOME Guest experience. Under direct supervision, you guide team members, coach staff, and help ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
