Outback Steakhouse in Moon Township, PA is seeking a front-of-house leader to support the team and uphold Bloomin' Brands standards. Under direct supervision, this role helps management ensure service quality, guest satisfaction, and smooth internal communication.

Responsibilities include pre-opening checks, staffing review, coaching front-of-house staff, handling guest issues, and participating in events, training, and quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Minimum requirement: Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
