Willow Tree Recruiting is seeking a General Manager for a Michelin Guide-recognized restaurant group known for Italian-inspired cuisine, handmade pasta, pizza, and seasonal offerings. This upscale concept offers strong culture, career growth, and comprehensive benefits.

You will lead daily FOH operations, develop service systems, coach a high-performing team, manage scheduling and guest relations, and partner with culinary leadership to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as General Manager or Senior AGM in a $6M+ upscale or fine dining restaurant
• Hands-on, floor-focused leadership with a guest-service orientation
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and earn the respect of an experienced service team
• Collaborative, humble and team-oriented culture with growth mindset
• Demonstrated ability to develop and elevate service standards and training

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations with a strong, visible presence on the floor
• Create and maintain service systems that support consistency, efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Coach, motivate, and hold the FOH team accountable to standards
• Oversee FOH scheduling, staffing and labor to ensure smooth operations
• Manage guest communications, service recovery, comps, discounts, and FOH concerns
• Partner with shift supervisors, culinary leadership and senior management for seamless execution
• Develop and support an experienced service team through hands-on leadership and training
• Monitor revenue and service performance; identify opportunities to strengthen operations
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on accountability, hospitality and professionalism
• Ensure opening, closing and shift procedures are consistently executed
