Your Role with the Company:

The Corporate Services Director is responsible for overseeing all service standards, including:

• Provide hands-on leadership in the flagship restaurant, maintaining a strong floor presence to ensure service standards, guest experience, and operational excellence
• Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance management of front-of-house teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
