Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, with significant fine-dining experience.
• GM or senior management experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
• Strong understanding of elevated French dining, hospitality, and service
• Proven ability to lead and develop a FOH team while maintaining exceptionally high service standards
• Hands-on floor leader with excellent guest engagement and service recovery skills
• Strong operational knowledge, including scheduling, labor management, inventory, purchasing, and financial controls
• Polished, professional presence with excellent communication skills
• Ability to partner closely with an accomplished culinary team and support the vision of a Michelin-starred chef
• Stable career history and a genuine interest in building a long-term relationship with the restaurant and team
