Job summary

Willow Tree Recruiting seeks a Floor Manager for an upscale casual restaurant. You will lead daily dining room operations with a strong floor presence, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences while managing reservations, VIPs, and seating strategy.

Collaborate with culinary and dining room leadership to maintain high hospitality standards; train and develop front-of-house staff; monitor service quality, cleanliness, and beverage knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a $6M+ chef-driven upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of and passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dining room operations with a strong floor presence.
• Oversee VIPs, special occasions, reservations, and seating strategy.
• Coordinate service with culinary and dining room leadership to uphold chef-driven standards.
