• Provide hands-on leadership in the flagship restaurant, maintaining a strong floor presence to ensure service standards, guest experience, and operational excellence
• Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance management of front-of-house teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Manage financial performance, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and cost controls to support profitability and long-term growth
• Support new restaurant openings, guiding service training, systems, and standards to ensure seamless launches
• Conduct regular visits to each property to evaluate service standards, reinforce training, and provide ongoing support to local leadership teams
• Partner with licensees to maintain brand integrity, ensuring consistency in service, culture, and guest experience across all operations
