Qualifications

• 2+ years as an AGM for high-volume upscale or fine dining.
• Confident floor presence, able to lead and coach during service.
• Excellent communication across FOH, culinary, events, and management.
• Passion for Italian cuisine and wine, eager to learn.
• Highly organized and adaptable in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading daily front-of-house operations.
• Serve as a visible floor leader during service, coaching the team.
• Lead pre-shift lineups and staff education on service standards and menu knowledge.
• Maintain hospitality standards and address guest needs promptly.
• Communicate and collaborate between dining room, kitchen, events, and management.
• Assist with labor, administrative tasks, and operational priorities.
• Participate in weekly management meetings to cultivate a positive culture.
