Job summary

Levy Sector, River Roast in Chicago, seeks a motivated Floor Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee front-of-house staff, uphold service standards, and address guest concerns to ensure smooth dining room flow.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of restaurant or supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Evening/ weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house team during shifts.
• Ensure excellent guest service and promptly address guest concerns.
• Monitor dining room operations for efficiency.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members.
• Assist with onboarding and development.
• Collaborate with management and kitchen teams.
• Support opening and closing procedures with daily checklists.
• Maintain cleanliness and health/safety standards.
• Monitor staffing needs and communicate issues.
