Job summary

You will coach an Assistant Director, Shift Leads, Trainers, and Team Members; drive system optimization, labor management, and customer care; participate in weekly leadership meetings and ensure flawless execution during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant Front of House teams.
• Ability to coach and develop managers and staff.
• Strong focus on hospitality, service, and operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach FOH team including Assistant Director, Shift Leads, Trainers, and Team Members.
• Drive system optimization, checklists, and accountability across shifts.
• Oversee labor and cash handling while maintaining food-safety standards.
• Foster hospitality and care and ensure an experience, not a transaction.
