Chick-fil-A Capital Plaza and Dakota Crossing locations seek a Front of House Director to lead all FOH operations and uphold the brand’s hospitality standard across front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and delivery channels.

You will coach and empower FOH Team Leaders, ensure core behaviors, monitor guest metrics, and partner with Back of House leaders to sustain performance and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in quick-service, hospitality, or retail operations.
• Strong understanding of Chick-fil-A’s service standards and brand culture.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop FOH Team Leaders and Team Members through coaching and feedback.
• Oversee all guest-facing operations—front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and delivery channels.
• Ensure execution of Core 4, Second-Mile Service, and HEARD guest recovery model.
• Monitor guest experience metrics and drive initiatives to improve satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready FOH environment and manage labor scheduling.
