Responsibilities

• Lead all Front of House operations, including Drive-Thru, Front Counter, and Dining Room.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience through hospitality, accuracy, and speed of service.
• Develop, coach, and hold FOH leaders and team members accountable.
• Build and maintain systems for daily operations and shift execution.
• Monitor and improve key metrics (guest experience scores, drive-thru times, accuracy, sales).
• Partner with leadership on business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
• Identify and develop future leaders within the FOH team.
• Create a positive, high-performance culture aligned with Chick-fil-A values.
