Won’t Stop Operations is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Indianapolis to lead front-of-house operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will mentor the FoH team, manage service standards, and partner with the GM to optimize labor and efficiency.

The AGM will actively coach staff, handle guest recovery, ensure proper POS handling, and maintain a welcoming, high-performance dining room environment across shifts.

Formación

• Two years of related experience in food and beverage management.
• Experience leading FoH teams and managing service standards.
• Valid food handler and liquor licenses as required by local regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Passion for guest service and developing teams.
• Professional and confidential handling of information.
• Ability to manage guest recovery and conflict resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all FoH operations, including guest service and staffing.
• Collaborate with GM to meet budget goals and service standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training for FoH team.
• Lead the floor for 5–6 hours per shift.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings.
• Support a culture of positivity, accountability, and hospitality.
• Review POS transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle guest recovery moments and follow-up.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Collaborate on labor scheduling based on forecasts.
• Communicate effectively with team and GMs.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Monitor guest feedback and reviews to support service excellence.
