Won’t Stop Operations is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Front-of-House operations in our Indiana restaurant. The AGM will partner with the GM to maintain service standards, drive guest satisfaction, and develop FoH staff through coaching and training.

The role requires hands-on leadership, daily floor coverage, and strong communication to ensure smooth shifts, adherence to policies, and a positive dining room culture.

Competenze

• 2+ years of food & beverage management experience, preferably in high-volume venues.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities with coaching experience.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to manage shifts, scheduling, and labor costs.

Mansioni

• Lead all FoH operations and guest service across shifts.
• Collaborate with GM on budget goals and service standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training for FoH team.
• Direct floor leadership for 5–6 hours per shift and coach staff.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to align goals.
