Job summary

Won’t Stop Operations seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead Front-of-House operations, elevate guest experience, and mentor a high‑performing team across service and training.

The AGM partners with the GM to meet budgets, uphold service standards, supervise scheduling, and handle guest recovery with professionalism.

This role requires 2+ years of FoH leadership in food & beverage, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff and manage POS procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in high-volume dining.
• Experience leading FoH teams and POS familiarity.
• Valid food handler and liquor licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all FoH operations and ensure guest service excellence.
• Collaborate with GM to meet budget goals and service standards.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training for FoH staff.
• Manage floor presence and coach team to improve performance.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive service improvements.
