Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a part-time Teller in our Jackson, WY Main branch to handle daily transactions and provide outstanding client service. This role supports relationship building and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

The Teller will manage deposits, withdrawals, and other cash transactions, assist customers in person and by phone, and participate in team operations to ensure high service standards at the Jackson branch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a cash handling role preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and provide high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and loan payments, cash checks, record deposits, and handle night/mail deposits.
• Answer clients’ questions in person and by phone.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to a banker.
• Maintain client relationships and protect confidentiality to support bank operations.
