Job summary

Sam's Club in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a front-end supervisor to assist management in supervising associates, assigning duties and providing coaching to ensure member service excellence. Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Train associates on processes and procedures and coaching on member service approaches and techniques.
• Promote membership, process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts while resolving member issues according to guidelines.
