Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily operations, including merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. You will support the GSM/DM in achieving sales and staffing goals while ensuring a productive, service-oriented environment.

You will lead product knowledge efforts, staff interviews, training, and scheduling, while coordinating special events and maintaining pricing integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily direction to department associates.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Assist in staffing and training of department personnel.
• Promote excellent customer service and conduct product demos.
• Coordinate events and pricing, ensure UPC integrity.
