Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Garland, AL is seeking a Team Leader to supervise department associates in merchandising, inventory, pricing, stocking and customer service. You will direct daily tasks, staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching to ensure a legendary shopping experience.

Responsibilities include meeting sales and service goals, maintaining plan-o-grams, and assisting in interviews and staffing. Previous retail supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily direction to associates within the department.
• Support achievement of department sales, gross margin, and payroll goals.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and execute merchandising directives.
• Staff department with service-oriented associates; participate in interviewing and training.
• Coach and motivate associates for strong customer relations and teamwork.
• Perform product demonstrations and maintain pricing/inventory accuracy.
• Resolve customer and associate issues in collaboration with management.
