Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures proper POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience and communicates priorities to the team.
• Promotes loyalty programs and adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
