Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail with 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience by leading front-of-store interactions.
• Oversee Associates at front of store and supervise POS coverage and breaks.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a positive environment.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, store policies, and safety standards.
• Partner with Management on training needs and improving effectiveness.
• Support promotions of credit and loyalty programs and shrink reduction goals.
