Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Trains and coaches Associates on customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks; supports POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive customer experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Promotes safety and shrink reduction programs.
