Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of all customer service SOPs (cashiering, credit and close-out).
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product questions.
• Coordinate with management on which products need SKUs, price changes and returns.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit reports including inventory control, returns, and void reports.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing truck logs.
• Audit the customer merchandise storage area weekly and resolve issues with CEM/Store Manager.
