Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates, overseeing cashiering, returns, cash office, inventory control and ecommerce support. You will ensure accurate store operations while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Applicants should have 1 year of supervisory customer service experience (or 4 years in customer service), a high school diploma or GED, and at least 2 years of computer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and related to front end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in tracking system.
• Audit shipping/receiving docs and inventory control reports.
• Monitor truck logs and ensure timely storage of merchandise.
