Job summary

TJ Maxx at Findlay, OH is seeking a front-end leadership role responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience and overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. You will model outstanding service, train staff, and ensure smooth POS coverage while promoting loyalty programs and safe, compliant store operations.

Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required, with opportunities to grow within a Fortune 100 company.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
