Job summary

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes and participates in loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Maintains a safe, clean store environment
• Trains and coaches Associates on front end principles and personalizing experiences
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and labor compliance
