Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example.

• Addresses customer concerns promptly and promotes loyalty programs.
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage needs.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes safety and store shrink reduction goals.
