Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader at TJ Maxx in Findlay, OH. You will oversee a team of associates, promote an exceptional customer experience, and coordinate POS coverage and store operations to align with the store plan.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing labor policies, and driving loyalty program participation while maintaining a safe, organized shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to train and mentor Associates on front end principles.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store operations.
• Oversee Associates, assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Train and coach staff on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to plan and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Promote safety and shrink reduction programs.
• Communicate priorities and provide progress updates to management.
