Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is looking for a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations. You will lead by example, ensure outstanding customer service, and help train and schedule staff.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service by guiding cashiers and assisting customers at the register.
• Schedule and oversee breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and security procedures at registers and exits.
