Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers and assist with daily store operations. You’ll proactively support registers, help customers, and ensure smooth checkout experiences.

The role requires an 18+ age with a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, plus flexible scheduling including nights and weekends. Join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong communication.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong math and cash handling skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Proactively visit registers to provide direction and support.
• Assist customers with issues at the register and during checkout.
• Schedule meal and rest breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers; take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and security standards including restrooms and parking areas.
