Qualifications

• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

• Lead store operations with a focus on coaching, schedules, and staff development.
• Build a strong team, hire, onboard, and coach teammates to maintain service standards.
• Enforce safety and loss prevention policies and oversee store procedures.
