Job summary

Total Wine & More in Humble, TX is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture focused on best-in-class service for our customers. You will lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while driving KPI targets.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in retail with supervisory experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year of supervisory role in retail.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations; drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and creating a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development in product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant store.
