Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service team and store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support training and development of product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
