Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Service Team Member in Humble, TX to provide excellent customer service, help with inventory, and assist with curbside and in-store pickup. You will greet customers, answer questions, and guide them to products while maintaining store standards.

You will receive training on wine, spirits, and beer, stay informed about promotions, and help ensure a safe, compliant store environment. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-3 years of work experience in retail preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and assist with curbside pick-up and deliveries as needed
• Deliver friendly, personalized service and engage customers to inform about products
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Follow safety and regulatory requirements for sale of alcohol
