Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to lead front-end operations and coach teams. You will work closely with Store Management in merchandising, customer service, operations, and human resources.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all store functions and associates in the Manager on Duty role.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
