Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor in a leadership role. You will work with Store Management across Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and HR to drive results and grow a strong team.

Formación

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more, and to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new associates; participate in workload planning.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
