Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Chandler, AZ. You will work closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources to drive results and develop strong teams.

As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supervising store functions, training associates, promoting safety, and delivering exceptional customer service to Burlington

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, handle, and lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations for exceptional customer service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrink.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Coordinate community relations programs and partnerships.
