Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Mentor, OH, is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team.

You will work closely with Store Management in merchandising, customer service, operations, and HR to drive results. As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you will train, coach, and develop direct reports, promote safety, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new associates; participate in workload planning.
• Coordinate community relations programs and partnerships; monitor schedules and breaks.
