Burlington Stores, Mesa, AZ, is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor. You will be part of the store leadership team, collaborating with management in merchandising, service, operations and HR.

This role is a stepping-stone to further store leadership, requiring you to supervise operations, build strong teams, and drive results while delivering exceptional customer service daily.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar setting.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Proven leadership to train and coach associates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates during Manager on Duty shifts.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of staff.
• Promote safety and ensure policy compliance for customers and associates.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture and strong teamwork.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to deliver excellent service.
• Support Asset Protection and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community relations activities and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break schedules and monitor adherence.
