Burlington Stores is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will oversee front-end operations, coach associates, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience in retail or big-box environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as a Manager on Duty.
• Develop, train, and coach direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety and adherence to company guidelines for customers and staff.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrink.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
