Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor. You will join the store leadership team and work with management on merchandising, customer service, operations, and human resources.

This role is a stepping-stone to higher management within our growing organization. As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you will supervise operations, train and coach associates, and ensure outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and coach associates.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Drive sales through coaching and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adherence to company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture and teamwork.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and scheduling.
• Support community relations through company programs.
