Burlington Stores, a rapidly growing off-price retailer, seeks a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor. You will lead store operations, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer service as a Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Solve issues, make informed decisions and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortage.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
