Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor/Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team in South Portland, ME.

As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you will partner with Store Management to drive merchandising, service, operations, and HR initiatives while building strong teams for results. You will supervise, train, and coach associates, promote safety, and ensure exceptional, friendly customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company guidelines in front-end operations.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture and excellent customer service.
