Job summary

Burlington Stores in Bangor, ME is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor (Selling Floor Supervisor) to join our store leadership team. You’ll supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and partner with store management to drive results and service excellence.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail, strong interpersonal skills, and availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Solve issues/concerns, making informed decisions and supervising front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
